Shipping policy

 

Fig Love Clothing Co. is shipping to Canada and the United States via Canada Post.

 

Orders over $200 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING in Canada. For orders under $200, a $15 shipping fee applies.

 

Orders over $200 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING to the United States. For orders under $200, a $20 shipping fee applies. Purchaser is responsible for any duties or import fees.

 

Your shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.

 

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any orders or returns lost in transit.

 

Most orders are packed and shipped within 3 days. We are a small, independent business so your patience is appreciated. We will do our best to communicate any delays and we welcome you to contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

Please Note: The items listed are selling in our store as well so the web inventory is sometimes a few moments behind. Because we work with many specialty designers, we can run out of stock of the item you have ordered. If this happens, we will do our best to find it for you, but in the cases where this isn't possible, we will contact you to see if there is something similar that will work just as well. If not, we will immediately refund you for the item. Thank you for supporting our independent artists!
